MakeChart provides free online chart generation tools. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization

The MakeChart name, logo, and website content are owned by Draxlr and protected by intellectual property laws. Charts you create using MakeChart belong to you. We claim no ownership over data you input or visualizations you export.

The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking ads is entirely voluntary.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeChart and Draxlr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Draxlr operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
